Quotes
Site visits and quotes are free. Each quote sets out the work, the price and any specific terms, and is valid for the period stated on it.
Booking and work
Work is booked once you accept a quote. We'll agree dates with you and keep you updated if anything changes, such as weather or parts availability.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on your quote or invoice.
Guarantees
Any guarantee on parts or workmanship is stated in writing on your quote. Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment we supply.
Insurance
We hold £1 million public liability insurance.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or rearrange. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Website use
